Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium level of service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Merchandise the sales floor to company standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Build relationships with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Basic math skills for transaction handling.
