Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a world-class shopping experience from the moment they walk in.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including handling returns, exchanges, and gift cards with efficiency.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and suggesting relevant products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to showcase our merchandise effectively.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to stock inventory and ensure the store is fully operational.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and mobile technology.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
