Your Mission
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal is to drive sales through exceptional service and product expertise, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry to the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate features/benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up communication and loyalty programs.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep to ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
