Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Sales Generation: Actively drive revenue by utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques effectively.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, receiving shipments, and organizing merchandise displays.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Math Skills: Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counting.
