- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy and speed, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that reflects our brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves and processing incoming shipments.
- Handle customer concerns and returns professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
