Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with precision to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory levels, promotions, and product features to effectively communicate value.
- Collaborate with the store management and team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support with stock replenishment and visual merchandising activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for store-related errands.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
