Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping environment.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
