- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment by organizing displays and restocking inventory as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and store managers to achieve collective sales goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report product or service issues to management to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are eager to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by business needs.
