Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and exceed daily and weekly targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing and organized shopping environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
