Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Meet/exceed sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Build client relationships through personalized follow-ups and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for inventory logistics
