Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product demonstrations and solution-based selling
- Meet/exceed sales targets by utilizing upselling techniques and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and technology products
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving required for store operations)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
