Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining a professional store environment.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems while maintaining high standards of cash handling.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or sales certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of 1-2 years in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and POS software.
