- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain compelling displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Contribute to inventory management and stockroom organization
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product expertise
- Support store operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Keen fashion sense or passion for lifestyle products
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
