Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to build rapport and drive sales conversions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Professional appearance and brand-aligned presentation
- Comfortable with technology (POS systems, mobile payments)
