Responsibilities
- Engage customers immediately upon entry, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge to recommend the best solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Consistently exceed personal and team sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor to uphold our premium brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using state-of-the-art POS systems and manage inventory transfers.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless store operations and high service levels.
- Seek out feedback and participate actively in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and persuade effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
- A professional appearance and a positive, energetic demeanor.
