Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations through active listening and product expertise
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium brand presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining POS system integrity
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory and stock rotation
- Participate in product knowledge training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end hospitality experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems (Shopify/POS experience preferred)
- Valid Louisiana retail sales permit (or ability to obtain)
