Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Drive sales goals by actively promoting products and utilizing upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
