Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences to discerning clientele
- Drive sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and relationship building

- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Collaborate with team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Uphold luxury brand standards in presentation and customer interactions
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end retail or luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in premium environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, jewelry, or home luxury categories
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM platforms
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for occasional errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
