Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to maximize sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming and professional shopping experience, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and to a high standard.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and stocked with inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support store operations and foster a positive team atmosphere.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse customer base.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
