Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and attentive shopping assistance
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and building lasting client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an engaging store presentation
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and operational excellence
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new collections and trends
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience with proven track record in meeting sales objectives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion/lifestyle products
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
