Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Build client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide objectives
- Participate in product training and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
