Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Merchandise the sales floor to ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking stock levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer navigation.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
