Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products to meet their needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with a focus on service recovery.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
