- Deliver personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and outdoor activity preferences
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and strategic product bundling
- Maintain pristine store visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy
- Operate POS systems and process transactions with precision
- Train customers on product features, benefits, and usage techniques
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of outdoor recreation equipment and apparel
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
- Proficiency with retail management systems and mobile POS
