- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively educate and guide customers.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Feedback Loop: Share customer feedback and market trends with management to help improve products and services.

- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; a strong sales mindset is essential.
