Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage customers with a positive attitude, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrate a deep understanding of products/services and actively utilize the sales process to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a pristine store environment, organize displays, and ensure all merchandise is presented attractively and accurately.
- Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with clients, follow up on inquiries, and manage client databases effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in training new staff and collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
