Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer consultations and product recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty program engagement
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store aesthetics
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Support store operations through merchandising and floor maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about luxury brands
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for potential off-site events
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
