Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and exceptional service to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with company standards.
- Transaction Processing: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals and support store management.
- Customer Feedback: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Technology: Basic computer skills and comfort with using POS systems.
