Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor, stockrooms, and fitting rooms to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Process returns and exchanges in strict accordance with company policy and loss prevention guidelines.
- Upsell products and services to increase average transaction value.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
