Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Vehicle Presentation: Maintain the showroom to a pristine standard and ensure all vehicles are clean, detailed, and ready for immediate test drives.
- Needs Analysis: Ask probing questions to identify the best vehicle options that match the customer's budget and lifestyle.
- Test Drives & Demonstrations: Conduct safe and informative test drives, highlighting key features and benefits of the vehicles.
- Closing the Deal: Negotiate terms, address objections, and guide customers through the financing and paperwork process efficiently.
- Lead Management: Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email to convert leads into sales.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
