Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficient with POS systems and digital retail tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license for potential store visits
