Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business
- Meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and efficient store operations
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on brand offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
