Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by building genuine relationships with customers and identifying upsell opportunities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/returns efficiently
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
