Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer experiences through product knowledge and active listening
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store goals
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools efficiently
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology
