Responsibilities
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling guidance to diverse clientele
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and client relationship building

- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
