Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and building client relationships

- Manage inventory systems and participate in stock replenishment activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English with strong Spanish language skills preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (may require store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
