Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant merchandise
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using modern POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays to maximize appeal
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Represent brand values through professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic retail software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
