What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly and proactively to understand their needs and recommend products.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours.
