Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities and achieving daily targets
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an immersive shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with POS systems (training provided)
