Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations and product recommendations to diverse clientele
- Exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and client relationship building

- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital payments
- Collaborate with team to maintain inventory accuracy and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
