Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling techniques
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system and handle returns/exchanges
- Build client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain attractive product displays
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Contribute to team success by sharing sales strategies and product insights
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience with proven sales aptitude
- Exceptional communication skills and natural ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store transfers
