Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by utilizing upselling techniques and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage inventory through stock receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Contribute to store operations through cleaning, organization, and loss prevention

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale technology
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
