Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized luxury retail experiences to high-value clientele
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining premium service standards
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business referrals
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental KPIs
- Participate in seasonal product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
