Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, floorsets, and seasonal displays
- Contribute to store operations through inventory management, loss prevention, and cleanliness maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, inclusive work environment
- Stay current on product trends, promotions, and company initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passion for fashion and retail trends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Philadelphia PA residency required (local candidates only)
