- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive sales of premium fashion and accessories
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in store events and promotional activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, beauty, or accessories
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
