Responsibilities

- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Train on new products and seasonal collections
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team for store presentation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand aesthetics
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
