Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Visual merchandising to create compelling in-store displays
- Inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Train new associates on sales techniques and store operations
- Implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/lifestyle categories
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square/Shopify experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
