Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a team environment
