Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and achieving daily targets
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and POS system operations
- Manage visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory organization
- Build client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and coverage
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
