- Process transactions efficiently and handle cash/POS systems with precision
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals and inventory objectives
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on seasonal collections
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred with proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong product aptitude and willingness to learn new merchandise lines
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Professional appearance with polished customer service demeanor
